We happened upon Point Lobbos Nature Reserve.... would recommend it to anyone who is traveling near Pebble Beach, Carmel, or San Francisco. We travelled along CA 1 from San Francisco to get there.... it was absolutely beautiful. We saw sea lions, birds, and lizards, often sea otters and whales can be spotted here as well... we were a little too early in the spring for that, though.
